Introduction

Welcome to SparkReal.

SparkReal is a video-first dating platform designed to help people build authentic, meaningful relationships through real-time video interactions.

Our goal is to create a safe, respectful, and trustworthy environment where users can connect with confidence.

These Community Guidelines apply to all users of SparkReal and supplement our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Safety Center policies, and other platform rules.

By using SparkReal, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines.

Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension, permanent account termination, device restrictions, or referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

1. Respect Other Users

All users deserve to be treated with dignity and respect.

You may not:

• Bully, intimidate, insult, or humiliate another user.
• Use abusive, threatening, or degrading language.
• Engage in repeated unwanted contact.
• Harass users after they decline communication.
• Target users with personal attacks.
• Encourage others to harass or target individuals.

Disagreements and differing opinions are permitted. Abuse and harassment are not.

Users are expected to communicate respectfully both on and off video dates.

2. Authentic Profiles

SparkReal is built around authentic connections.

Users must represent themselves honestly and accurately.

The following are prohibited:

• Fake profiles.
• Catfishing.
• Impersonating another person.
• Using stolen photos or videos.
• Creating accounts using another person’s identity.
• Misrepresenting age, relationship status, gender, or identity.
• Using AI-generated photos, videos, or personas to deceive others.
• Creating parody or deceptive dating profiles.

Users should use recent and accurate profile photos whenever possible.

Verification tools may be used to improve authenticity across the platform.

3. Harassment and Abuse

SparkReal maintains a zero-tolerance approach toward abusive behavior.

The following conduct is prohibited:

• Stalking.
• Threatening another user.
• Blackmail.
• Extortion.
• Coercion.
• Intimidation.
• Revenge behavior.
• Unwanted sexual advances.
• Repeated unwanted messaging.
• Attempts to pressure users into sharing personal information.

Consent must be respected at all times.

“No” means no.

Users must immediately respect another user’s decision to stop communication.

4. Hate Speech and Discrimination

SparkReal does not permit hate speech or discriminatory behavior.

Users may not target individuals or groups based on:

• Race
• Ethnicity
• National origin
• Religion
• Disability
• Sex
• Gender
• Gender identity
• Sexual orientation
• Age
• Veteran status
• Immigration status
• Any legally protected characteristic

The following are prohibited:

• Slurs
• Hate symbols
• Calls for exclusion or segregation
• Violent rhetoric
• Dehumanizing language
• Promotion of hateful organizations

Accounts engaging in hate-based conduct may be permanently removed without warning.

5. Sexual Content and Nudity

SparkReal is intended for dating and relationship-building, not adult entertainment.

The following content is prohibited:

• Pornography
• Explicit sexual activity
• Full nudity
• Sexually exploitative content
• Sexual services
• Escort services
• Prostitution-related content
• Commercial sexual activity
• Fetish content
• Non-consensual sexual content

Consensual flirting between adults is allowed.

However, users may not:

• Demand sexual content.
• Pressure users into sexual activity.
• Send explicit images or videos.
• Engage in sexually explicit conduct during video dates.

Content violating this policy may be removed immediately.

6. Video Date Conduct

Video dates are the core feature of SparkReal.

Users must behave respectfully during all video interactions.

Users may not:

• Harass participants during video dates.
• Display nudity.
• Engage in explicit sexual behavior.
• Threaten or intimidate others.
• Use video calls to scam users.
• Record calls without consent.

Additionally, users may not:

• Livestream video dates.
• Publicly broadcast conversations.
• Upload recordings of video dates.
• Share screenshots without consent from all parties involved.

Users should immediately report inappropriate behavior occurring during video interactions.

7. Scams and Financial Exploitation

SparkReal prohibits any attempt to financially exploit users.

The following are prohibited:

• Romance scams.
• Cryptocurrency scams.
• Investment solicitations.
• Loan requests.
• Gift card requests.
• Wire transfer requests.
• Requests for emergency financial assistance.
• Pyramid schemes.
• Multi-level marketing recruitment.
• Fraudulent business opportunities.
• Requests for banking information.

Users should never send money to someone they meet through SparkReal.

Any attempt to obtain money, investments, financial information, or cryptocurrency from another user may result in immediate account termination.

8. Violence and Dangerous Conduct

SparkReal does not permit content that promotes violence or dangerous activities.

Users may not:

• Threaten violence.
• Encourage physical harm.
• Promote criminal activity.
• Display terrorist propaganda.
• Advocate for violent extremism.
• Encourage self-harm.
• Encourage suicide.
• Promote dangerous challenges.
• Use weapons to intimidate others.

Credible threats may be reported to law enforcement.

9. Privacy and Personal Information

Users are responsible for respecting the privacy of others.

The following are prohibited:

• Sharing another person’s address.
• Sharing phone numbers without permission.
• Sharing financial information.
• Sharing identification documents.
• Sharing private conversations.
• Publishing personal information without consent.

Doxxing is strictly prohibited.

Users should exercise caution when sharing personal information online.

10. Child Safety

SparkReal is strictly limited to users who are at least 18 years old.

The following are prohibited:

• Creating underage accounts.
• Impersonating a minor.
• Grooming behavior.
• Child exploitation.
• Child sexual abuse material.
• Attempting to contact minors through the platform.
• Any content involving minors in sexual contexts.

Any suspected child exploitation may be reported to law enforcement and relevant child protection organizations.

Accounts involved in such conduct will be permanently terminated.

11. Illegal Activities

SparkReal may not be used for unlawful purposes.

Prohibited activities include:

• Fraud.
• Money laundering.
• Drug trafficking.
• Human trafficking.
• Identity theft.
• Criminal recruitment.
• Sale of illegal goods.
• Distribution of counterfeit products.
• Unauthorized financial services.

Users who engage in illegal conduct may be reported to relevant authorities.

12. Platform Manipulation

Users may not interfere with the integrity of the platform.

Prohibited activities include:

• Bots.
• Automated accounts.
• Scraping.
• Data harvesting.
• Account farming.
• Duplicate accounts.
• Circumventing bans.
• Exploiting bugs.
• Manipulating engagement metrics.
• Spam.
• Abuse of reporting systems.
• Reverse engineering platform features.

Attempts to bypass moderation systems may result in permanent account removal.

13. Reporting and Blocking

SparkReal provides tools to help users maintain a safe experience.

Users may:

• Report profiles.
• Report messages.
• Report video-date misconduct.
• Block other users.
• Submit safety concerns.

Reports may be reviewed by automated moderation systems and human reviewers.

Users should submit reports honestly and accurately.

False reporting may itself violate these Community Guidelines.

14. Enforcement Actions

SparkReal reserves the right to take enforcement action at its sole discretion.

Possible actions include:

• Educational warnings.
• Content removal.
• Feature restrictions.
• Temporary account suspension.
• Permanent account termination.
• Device restrictions.
• Payment restrictions.
• Referral to law enforcement.

Enforcement decisions may be based on:

• Severity of violations.
• Repeated misconduct.
• Risk to user safety.
• Platform integrity concerns.

Certain violations may result in immediate permanent removal without warning.

15. Appeals

Users who believe enforcement action was taken in error may submit an appeal.

Submitting an appeal does not guarantee account restoration.

SparkReal reserves the right to uphold, modify, or reverse enforcement decisions at its sole discretion.
