Never send money. SparkReal will never ask you to send money. Anyone requesting financial help from a match should be reported immediately.
Meet in public places. When meeting someone from SparkReal in person for the first time, always choose a public location and let someone you trust know where you are going.
Protect your personal information. Avoid sharing your home address, workplace, or financial details with matches before you know them well.
Report suspicious behavior. If something feels wrong, report it. Use the in-app reporting tools to flag accounts, messages, or behavior that concerns you.

Video Date Safety

SparkReal’s timed video dates are designed to help you assess real chemistry before meeting in person. During video dates:

Your call is within the SparkReal platform and not shared externally.
You can end the call at any time.
Report buttons are available during and after every video date.
Do not share personal contact information in early video dates.
